Process Sharing

 

 

The user can share certain processes to user/user group/responsibility so that other users can view this shared process, the output, resubmit, schedule and distribute the shared process.

 

Sharing a process :

 

1) To share a process click on the options icon, there you select share, which shows in below screen.

 

 

2) User can select multiple process and share those process with users/userGroups/responsibilities.  

 

 

 

2) On clicking of the share icon, below share screen will open which consists of users/user groups/responsibilities information.  

 

 

 

2) Drag & Drop any user/userGroup/Responsibility in order to share the process(s).   

 

 

 

2) On click of save button, the process(s) will be shared with the specified user/userGroup/responsibility.
