Published Reports

SplashBI Excel Connect  has a function where end users can see list of Published reports.

Usr can search the published reports in 5 ways as shown in below screen.

 

 

•                                                                      
  Search by Report Name- User can search the published reports using Report Names.
•                                                                      
  Search by Process ID - User can search the published reports using Process ID.

 

•                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
  Search by Status - User can search the published reports using Status i.e Compeleted, Error, Processing, Terminated and Pending as shown in above screen.

 

•                                                                               
  Search by Rows Range - User can search the published reports using RowsRange i.e No.of Rows

 

•          
  Search by Submitted By - User can search the published reports using Submitted by the user.

 

•                                                                                                     
  Search by Date Range - User can search the published reports with date ranges when the reports were published.

 

 

Below highlighted Icon is used to get the latest list of Published reports.

 

 

Published Reports can viewed in 3 output types i.e Excel, PDF, and CSV as shown below.

 

 

 

Users can see the details of the Published Reports as shown in below screen.

 

 

 

After clicking onthe Details option you will get a details window of the Selcted Published report.
