Copy Charts/Dashboards
SplashBI offers the function to copy an existing chart as a template for future charts. This function is used for quick generate of new charts based on the data programmed in the existing chart. Use this feature to recreate a new chart using similar data from the base chart.
Charts can be copied in three different locations :
- Chart List View
- Chart Grid View
- Chart Configuration Screen
Click the 
Actions icon on the same line of the chart and click Copy.
- The user can find the option to copy a chart in the edit chart page.
- Once the user clicks on copy icon, copied chart will open in a new tab.
